If you need to order threads for your canvas, our experienced and creative staff will gladly help you choose.
We hope you discover something to inspire you at The Elegant Needle; but if not, please let us know so that we may help you find that special canvas.

Ordering Hand Painted Canvasas Online
The Elegant Needle accepts Visa, Mastercard, & Discover Card.
We ship Priority Mail through the USPS or UPS shipping.
In stock canvases will be shipped within 2 business days; canvasas on onder may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
If your canvas is not in stock, we will let you know immediately; along with an estimated arrival time.
Custom Canvases require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

We will happily accept returns on "in stock" canvases for the purchase price of the canvas under the following conditions:

  • Please contact The Elegant Needle prior to any returns.
  • Canvases must be returned within 10 calendar days.
  • Canvasas must be received in the same condition that they were shipped.
  • Threads and Fibers are not returnable - sorry, no exceptions.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Sale canvasas are not returnable.
  • Special Order canvases are not returnable.
