If you need to order threads for your canvas, our experienced and creative staff will gladly help you choose. We hope you discover something to inspire you at The Elegant Needle; but if not, please let us know so that we may help you find that special canvas.

The order time is 8-12 weeks if a canvas is not in stock

We will happily accept returns on "in stock" canvases for the purchase price of the canvas under the following conditions:

Please contact The Elegant Needle prior to any returns.
Canvases must be returned within 10 calendar days.
Canvasas must be received in the same condition that they were shipped.
Threads and Fibers are not returnable - sorry, no exceptions.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Sale canvasas are not returnable.
Special Order canvases are not returnable.
